While it is true that most of our cases fall into the category of family law, criminal defense and appeals of lower court rulings, most people who call a lawyer aren't sure what the problem is, and it turns out that figuring out the problem is one of the most challenging things about practicing law, and one of the most rewarding. One of our most challenging cases, which ended up before the Florida Supreme Court, was initiated when a graduate student was suspended from the University of South Florida.

Criminal defense: As a prosecutor and defense lawyer, we have represented clients charged with DUI, illegal possession of drugs, domestic violence, murder and manslaughter, and other charges.
Appeals: We have successfully appealed divorce, child custody and criminal matters, as well as the findings of administrative boards.
