Dissatisfied with your lawyer because 'He Just Sat There?

Perhaps the most common complaint we hear from people is that the lawyer they hired in the past "just sat there and didn't say anything," or never made clear the options available at different stages of their case. Another complaint is that when they call the office, nobody calls them back.

That is one reason we answer the telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and if the paralegal is on the phone or away from her desk when you call, she will call you back right away.

We have learned that keeping our clients informed and to speak up for them in court are the best ways of keeping their business and of getting new business in the future.

While some other lawyers and probably some judges think we fight too much, I don't remember being accused of 'just sitting there and saying nothing.'
